Love this show, and the movie (yes, I've seen it), and I will gladly read any Jayne/Mal or femslash that anyone decides to rec, but I don't really go looking for the fic.

Gnomic by Lysimache. Inara/Kaylee. Awww.

White Flag by Rachel Lee Arlington. Jayne/Simon. Kind of an odd style, but the dialogue and characterizations are spot-on. I especially like Mal's appearances.

Tetchy by Debchan. More Jayne/Simon. I love Debchan's smut - it's hot without being overly graphic. Not that that's really a problem, but...anyway. The last line of this fic just *kills* me.

The Rules of Attraction by dafnap. Angsty Inara/Mal. I'm such a sucker; I love these two.

Oxygen by Eleanor K. Yeah, I know Jayne's hot for Simon, and Simon is crushing on both Jayne and Mal. But for some reason, Mal/Jayne is my favorite pairing. This takes place after Ariel, and...oooh. Angst. Maybe a little too mushy for Jayne, but I'll buy it.

Big Damn Hero by Ana. Simon/Jayne set after Ariel. I like this one for the Mal characterization as much as anything else.
